lol might as well have 6v6, we already have a extremely small subset of tools to use in the first place so might as well keep it real and go back to 6v6, cause thats how pvp really is.

I kept reading your posts knowing that they would be filled with bullshit, the least you could do is read onto a post that actually makes sense and explains why you're wrong. If you thought TA was balanced, maybe you should go and play it.

I wouldn't say it was balanced but it sure was boring as hell. The biggest problem was trying to put together a build that could actually kill fast and hold up on the defensive end, both of which never could be achieved in 6v6. You either had to go with alot more offense, 1xmonk and 2 other guys with utility defensive and or healing skills with 1-2 spike skills.

I'd say in a sense and generally this is isn't true, the smaller your party size the less utility multipurpose skills you can fit into bars to counter a more specific build; or even average run of the mill builds, shutdown became a problem. People still ran mas condi or hex in 6v6 that just subbed out a full monk for something else that could offer more on the offensive side but still make use of a few healing skills. Even after trying this it was difficult to crack those 2x monk backlines with a midline D RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO, end result was longer boring matches.

6vs6 was gay because of the holding builds and the imbalance the paragon brought into the game.
HA is boring, but 6vs6 was more fun than 8vs8 has even been. I mean 3 Monk backline anyone? Moar defense, plox.
(btw I'm rank5 and really don't care about HA, because I go there if it's not enough time to start a GvG before AT starts)

I do.
eE ran this amazing build that kicked ass.
Btw, eE was the last guild holding in 6x6.

If you never played when it was Tombs, you wouldn't understand.
Tombs was balanced on an 8v8 format. Nightfall and the switch to 6v6 are what royally RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOed over pvp. You mention 3 monk backlines, but when Anet went back into the 8 format, for a long while people ran 2 monk backlines (not sure if that's true atm).
6v6's too biggest problems were:
Lack of utility- You couldn't really run a "balanced" build in 6v6, you just didn't have the spot to do it, either your build is defensive of offense, thus leaving out a spot for a utility class (ie mesmer)
Class representation- Some classes hardly saw any mainstream use in 6v6 Halls (hi again mesmer)
